Return & Refund Policy

LUXE CHARMEZ ensure all products are quality checked thoroughly for best quality assurance before we ship out. 

Please note that LUXE CHARMEZ does not practice refund/exhange, unless item is deemed defective (by us) due to manufacturing defects, whereby, we will replace or credit points of same purchase value as per invoice, at our sole discretion after our review/assessment.

Any damages/defects due to lack of care/negligence or not following our jewelry care guidance(care card provided in the box/listed on our website) will not be entertained. Only manufacturing defects will be accepted upon review.

For replacement, please inform us via email within 5 days from the date of purchase/delivery item received. 

Please email us the clear photo of defects at charmezco@gmail.com for return approval before sending your jewelry. We will then send you 'Product Return Form' for you to input relevant information to proceed the exchange review.

Please ensure the item is unused and is new in condition.

Original receipt/invoice and completed 'Product Return Form' must be sent to us for our review together with the defective item.

The returned goods/products will be checked with the original receipt/invoice together with the return form 

The packaging should also be in original/new condition.

In the circumstances where the exchanged item is out-of-stock/discontinued, customer may choose other product at the same value product. The price difference will not be returned if the price of the exchange item is lower than the original item purchase price as per receipt/invoice. However, customer must pay the price difference should the price of exchange item is higher than the original item purchase price as per receipt/invoice.

LUXE CHARMEZ is not responsible for items broken or lost in transit during the return and the return shipment fee will be borned by the sender.

Once we have checked/reviewed and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their exchanged item within 10 working days after the confirmation.
